  Had a great experience this last time. I asked for my hash browns to be nice and crispy, and they were perfect and delicious. The over easy eggs were done, but still nice and runny so that they paired beautifully with the hash browns. The sausage links were not too done, and tasty. Even the english muffin was toasted right - no burned spots, but toasted well. Our server was very nice and attentive. And that was on Christmas Eve about 8:00!!! So yes, I can recommend this IHOP because of my most recent experience.

  We came in and waited about 5 minutes to be sat down and it wasn't even busy at all. when we finally got seated we waited another 10 minutes for the waitress (cosset) to even talk to us. We gave her our drink orders and she brought those out and we told her we needed another minute to decide on food. Then she just disappeared. We waited 20 minutes and had to get the attention of another girl. And she took our order and then didn't even put it in. Another half hour later our waitress finally showed up and said "sorry your order didn't quite get put in we're having problems with the computers, can I take your order again?" That's when we all had enough because there was not a single problem ringing in the drinks and printing that ticket out to give to us as we were leaving. We then asked for the manager and described everything and he was just as inept as the waitress. Needless to say, I won't ever be going to this location again.

  We always go late at night when it's completely empty, so I can't agree with the other reviews that say how slow service is. I can however agree that the staff is very polite and always looking out for us. The food is a little pricier than say, Denny's, nevertheless way tasty and good!
